Traditional Biltong Ingredients

Beef, biltong mix [seasoning mix (beef stock granules*(contains CELERY oleoresin}, flavour enhancers – monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, maize*, colours – ammonia caramel, iron oxides & hydroxides, hydrolysed vegetable protein, palm olein fat, garlic powder, herbs & spice (irradiated) extract, hydrogenated palm fat, acidity regulators – citric acid), salt, spice, preservative – potassium sorbate , sugar], water, acid – acetic acid, colour – plain caramel, flavouring, salt.
